Every user account can create 2 free Wishlists.
To create a new Wishlist, hit the +New button on the Your Wishlists screen.
Enter a descriptive name for the Wishlist and hit Continue.
The new Wishlist will appear in the Your Wishlists screen
If you are presented with an error message when you hit "Continue" - that means you have reached the free account limit of 2 created Wishlists.
